Step 1: It starts with a conversation on phone or via Zoom/Teams. I learn about your brand, your story, what you need, what you want and what your goals are. We answer your questions and you will learn about Startup Production. Who we are, how we can help you, what we need to know to get started, and what makes us different. Step 2: We send a detailed estimate with your requested project details, our contract, and an informative white paper report that offers a 101 tutorial on SEO, Web Design and branding.
Step 3: Once a client completes the paperwork and submits an advance, we schedule another meeting to discuss plan of action, what we need to get started, and a bit more detail on design, content, layout and functionality.
Step 4: The only deadline we guarantee is the submission of the first draft of the homepage, but after that the project’s progress is dependent on the client’s schedule. We communicate regularly on progress of the project, what has been completed, what is needed to complete, details of functionality requirements, approval requests, and when/if revisions or changes are completed.
Step 5: After completion of the site and final approval of pages, the site goes through a final Eagle Eye Checklist and SEO optimization.
Step 6: We are here for ongoing support, marketing management, website updates and additions and training and retraining.

My team and I live and work right here in the beautiful Lexington KY. I also have vetted and well-acquainted subcontractors in VA and FL. I do not use international third-party contractors, providers or resellers. Our websites and marketing services are built and serviced here in Lexington KY by myself and my team. We do not outsource our work and keep all customer relations and projects in-house, exclusively handled by our team.

I started building websites while still in college in 1997, but officially started Startup Production in 1999, first as a side hustle, but by 2005, it became my full-time passion.
