ABOUT THE PROJECT

Valarie, the owner of Bingham Particulars came to Startup Production to build a website for her new business, as she was looking to begin offering her Transaction Coordination services to other real estate firms, that she has been providing for her agency for more than 10 years. Like many business owners, Valarie was not sure where to start with layout, design, or content … so we began by several discussions over zoom and by phone, to determine the best approach for her brand personality. So we created a logo that fit her style, her color scheme, her mission statement, illustrative of the services she provides. After that, we interviewed Valarie on what a Transaction Coordinator does, what specific services she provides, what types of real estate deals she manages, what her strengths and niche offerings are, why clients choose her, what aspects of her service are unique and valued over her competitors, and how her experience, skillsets and her story build trust and credibility in what she provides her clients. Then we got to work, building the frame of her website, expanding that framework into supplementary web pages, offering content suggestions throughout the project, and then working closely with the client to edit/revise/refine the content so it was perfectly tailored to Bingham Particulars.

Valarie was very pleased with the final product including the professional headshots edited by our team. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Valarie, as she is not only a client, but my best friend since our school days starting in first grade! She is a kind, professional, hysterically funny, outstandingly loving person who is sensitive to the needs of others and is a sister to me on many levels. So proud of her new business and her long-standing reputable career in customer service.
