After numerous complaints on the look & navigation of their current site, Tracy of the City of Richmond was referred to Startup Production for a website redesign. After several meetings with department heads, reviewing their website needs and wishlist, we coordinated and organized all the departments’ content into a cohesive, organized layout. We incorporated the new logo and branding, and upgraded their website to a fully responsive and easy to customize content management system. With a focus on an improved user experience, we enabled the user to easily find each department’s section and each of the department’s pages, calendars and programs. We conducted training sessions for each department so each department head can revise, add or remove their pages’ content. We received an overwhelming positive response regarding the ease of use on the admin backend.
