After completing Hager Cabinets website, Linda Hager Pack came to Startup Production to redesign their Hager Rental website, where we implemented a new design, new property management functionality, a newsfeed to keep renters informed, new forms for maintenance requests and a one-stop online experience for new and existing renters. Their goals included a new professional design, improved catalog of properties, easy to understand move-in process and easy to navigate website where users can find what they need and feel less inclined to make unnecessary phone calls, decreasing wait times for their residents. It was a pleasure working with Linda, Josh and her team at Hager Rental and appreciated all the input to improve the online experience for their users.
