Susan of Media Collaboratory came to us via a Google Search, who need marketing assistance and advice as the company was looking to rebrand and expand their reach into new markets. Initially, we developed a Internet Marketing Analytics & Proposal Report to determine how their current efforts were performing, where they can make adjustments and how to implement a strategy that would work for their staff as well as achieve their goals. In the research and communications with their team, they decided a new website with a new layout, design, branding and content was essential to their future goals, as well as in agreement with our recommendation. After a discussion about design, content and functionality, we created a new WordPress website with a professional design, mobile-friendly/responsive, and SEO friendly. We then began the process of revising the content layout with a complete rewrite by their staff, with our SEO recommendations to build a fine foundation of attracting new markets, increasing traffic and thus conversions on their website.
Within a few months, a new logo, new content, new videos were provided to complete the project. With on-going communication and meetings with the clients we refined a content marketing plan to show case studies, a growing project portfolio and demo reels to show the high quality work they were producing. Then we trained the staff on how to update content, add new projects, add new blogs and demo reels, so they can be independently continue to build their content library and improve on their SEO rankings and website analytics.
