Savanna and Chase contacted Startup Production after finding us on Google, as they were starting their new online Auction business and would be conducting want a site that would integrate into their online auction platform called HiBid.com.  They wanted to promote their services as well as attract new consignors. The site was created to be informational but wanted to show upcoming and current actions featured items, as well as a portfolio of past auctions. Articles on how to bid, how to consign and the best way to buy/sell items you are looking for was established with their blog. Although they are a new business, Savanna wanted to promote her history, her education & certifications, her extensive experience and also her skillsets when it came to buying, selling, bidding and consigning at auctions (in person or online).

Visually they wanted to incorporate pictures and quotes about the moon as their slogan is ‘selling everything under the moon’ and the moon is in their logo. They wanted to also include red leather backgrounds incorporated as that is the surface they take all their professional photos on.  A site should be easy to read, easy to navigate, and easy to find what the user is looking for, but at the same time SEO optimized for Google to index the pages properly according to the target audience, in this case the consignor and the bidder.  A professional site is more than a just a collection of web pages, but there should be thought and planning when it comes to branding, impact, content, user experience and the logical path a user will take to reach their specific destination. We worked diligently and closely with the client to accomplish this on Moon Auction group’s website and all the websites we create.
