Larissa and Mike came to me as clients of Mountain Association in Berea KY, as Startup Production has been a web design and marketing consultant with Mountain Association (formerly MACED) for nearly 15 years. They wanted to improve the sales and conversions of their online side of their new brick-and-mortar business, using their Shopify website. We provided them our IMAP Report to audit their current performance, their strengths and weaknesses, their brand impression, their content marketing, their social media efforts and their email marketing messages. After fully auditing their digital marketing channels, we provided them with keyword research, suggestions for design and content improvements on their website, recommendations on how to better engage on social media and email marketing. And within weeks, we were excited to see how quickly and efficient Larissa and Mike implemented those changes and began to see their online sales increase.  And of course, we could resist doing some online shopping ourselves. After some brand confusion with another business in Pikeville KY, they decided to rebrand their business, which meant a need for a new logo. Startup Production worked closely with the client to develop a logo that localized their ‘southern belle’ feel with their Eastern KY pride.  We continue to work with this client on content marketing and consulting.
