Jennifer found me on Google for help in setting up and training her on her Shopify platform where she sold her hand-assembled jewelry for infants and young children. After several communications with the client, I grasped her ideas for design and layout of her Shopify and setup her theme, laid out her homepage, created 5 collages sliders/headers with her happy young customers, added her rewritten content, redesigned her logo from her original concept, and made all the changes to the shopify site the client requested. We also trained her during several phone/zoom meetings on how to add content and pictures to her website, how to add new products and setup product variants, and how to use the product SEO tools included on Shopify. The client finished adding products, setup her shipping and checkout procedures and went live on her own. We are as hands-on or hands-off as our clients want to be, helping our clients if they need help and if they request that help, but we also understand that each client’s needs and budgets are different, and we encourage all to be as independent as possible so they can manage their content and are equipped to run their online stores.
