Referred by long-time client, Ellen London, the owner and founder of Team of Greats, Audrey Simmons reached out initially to Startup Production for help with their marketing strategy and how best to spend her time promoting her new coaching business. We developed an I.M.A.P report for Audrey, which starts out with a questionnaire about their business, a in-depth meeting to go over those questions.  After which, a report is built according to the customer’s needs which include a full analysis of their current web presence with recommended changes to better communicate their message and promote that message on search engines. Then we research a full set of keywords for each of their services and target audiences, their backlink strengths and weaknesses, their domain authority, their website’s analytics, and keywords that are currently performing, their acquisition sources, their social media insights, their email marketing reports, a comparison of their competitors, with a summary for each section so the data is translated into understandable language, and then a recommended schedule of daily/weekly/monthly marketing with their specific allotted available time.

After the report is finalized and sent to the customer for review, a meeting is scheduled a week later to drill down on the analytics and go over the summaries of each section to clarify any misunderstandings and answer any questions. After my meeting with Audrey, she decided her Squarespace website was not delivering the SEO-results, functionality and design abilities she wanted and needed for the success of her business.  Then we began working on her new site with a new layout, new fuller, richer, and optimized content, and new functionality that included a calendar of courses, ecommerce store to purchase her packages and courses online, employment application, team member database, which would include the goals for her Phase II of her business. We moved all her blogs over and provided content assistance for each revised and new page on her website, with a layout of each page built around the content provided, rather than the other way around. We provide as much feedback, recommendations, suggestions and hand-holding as any of our clients require as they write content for their website, as their success is our success.
